Q: Can these dressings be cut into smaller sizes?

Yes. These honey dressings are awesome! My hubby is disabled and is prone to pressure sores. When I see a sore developing, I clean the area, and cut the pad to the right size, place Vaseline around the edges of the piece and press gently onto the sore. Cover with gauze if you want. Excellent product👍
