Exact fit and replacement for stock speaker on my wing, they sound pretty good but no better than factory were when new

They work and probably a close direct replacement for GL1500 front speakers, but they don’t seem like great speakers. They don’t sound the best but probably what should be expected at this price point.

Big improvement over stock speakers.
Put these in my 1989 Honda Goldwing to replace the original speakers that have seen better days. Big improvement and they sound good enough for me. 30 watts each as opposed to 10 watts each with the stock ones. They are a direct replacement and went in easily after the tough part of getting all the stuff off to get to them.

Definitely not as good as Factory.
They work but they do not sound near as good as the factory speakers. They're okay but if you're looking for something as good as Factory or better look elsewhere these are not it.

Great for the price!
Some of you need to learn to read. These are 4 1/2" speakers for the FRONT of a GL1500 or REAR for a GL1800. The GL1500 has 4 1/2" front speakers and 4 " rear speakers. Too many reviews say wont fit REAR on GL1500, no kidding the rears are 4" theses are the Front 4 1/2" and are too big for the rear. Fit is just like factory for the FRONT on GL1500 and sound great for the cost. Paired with the 4" 15W rears from Show Chrome make this a very affordable upgrade for Motorcycle speakers. Would purchase again.
