Best mix I've found
We have been looking for a decent pumpernickel mix for a while. Have tried some horrible ones until we hit on this one. It is DELICIOUS!!! We made the dough in the machine then did the second rise in the oven on warm. It is pricey but we only have it a few times a year. Its absolutely worth it!

Fantastic
It's like sourdough without the sour taste. So yummy. The brand is fantastic - it's hard to find bread machine mixes, and these are easy, 2lb loaf sized mixes. The price is also great! Yes, the shipping is a chunk, but if you order several mixes it evens out. So far this is my favorite.

Excellent Taste and Value
I use this product in my bread machine and it turned out absolutely perfect the taste is exactly like deli rye and it was easy to use! I highly recommend this if you're looking for a homemade deli rye bread. I felt that it was a very good value for the money. It made a wonderful 2 pound bread loaf. I use the dark crust setting and it turned out just perfect Nice golden brown not too dark.

use it right away, use correct water temp
delicious sourdough bread using my bread machine. Very tasty and I froze the bread and enjoyed some very good sandwiches later. Easy to use the regular settings. I had no trouble when I use the temperature recommendations and the regular settings. it is a little pricey for a loaf of bread, but I will buy again. the fresh bread taste and smells great. All the ingredients are included except the water, so it was very satisfying for me and very good sourdough.

Excellent for Bread Machines too
This bread is amazing. I use it in my bread machine and it comes out perfect every time. I will definitely be ordering again.

Spongy and dense
Tasted like bread. Not country bread or homemade bread, but definitely bread. You could make a sandwich with it, but I don't know if you'd want to because it's so spongy and dense. I could've cleaned the counter with it. It made great toast though. The density allowed me to pile ricotta, sundried tomatoes and more on top. Won't buy again because I can make better myself with just flour, yeast and salt in my bread maker.
