I usually have two devices plugged into this charger – a 12.9 inch iPad Pro and an iPhone (15 or 16 Plus or Pro Max). It charges both devices quickly. The power labels on each of the ports mean I don’t have to guess which port to plug which device into. Sometimes I will add a third or fourth device, and I don’t notice a change in charging speed. The charger is small enough to take on travel.A couple of weeks ago, the charger stopped working, for no reason I could discern (i.e. no damage or anything like that). This was just over a year from when I had purchased it. The blue light still came on, showing it was getting power. I tried different cables (both power and USB-C), as well as different devices. The charger has a two-year warranty, so I submitted a warranty request on Anker’s website. Anker first sent some troubleshooting steps to try (swap out cables and devices, like I had already done). I wrote back that the device still didn’t work. Anker responded that they would send me a replacement, and I did not need to return the original. The replacement arrived a week later. It appeared to be new, not refurbished, and it works just fine.

Mine stopped working after about 3 months. I contacted Anker directly through their easy to navigate website and they had me do some simple trouble shooting, then that same day sent me a shipping label. I put it in the mailbox and within a few days had a new replacement. Absolutely amazing support. I’ll always buy Anker before any other manufacturer because their products perform well and are very reliable, and when there are problems, they fix them fast.

I purchased this USB-C power port a couple years ago and it worked fine for a while but then suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried plugging it in to several different outlets and it no longer supplies power to any device. Anker used to be a reputable company for these items but I’m now severely disappointed with the quality of their products and their customer support. I strongly recommend avoiding them until they demonstrate that they care about their customers and put more effort into quality control with the products they sell instead of cutting corners to increase profit. I also suggest checking other reviews because this is just my experience. If this review also gets a response from Anker I would rather them put that effort into their products instead of trying to control public opinion. I’ve also run into problems with multiple other Anker products too so this is not an isolated issue.

The standard brick charger you get with a Macbook does not work well on airplanes at all; it's such a heavy brick that's held in only by those 2 pins, it always falls out. Yes there's the longer cable attachment but that's so thick and hard to travel with. I was searching for my holy grail and finally found this. Pair it with a 100W rated USB-C cable, and you're golden. I love that I have a wall charger that is easy enough to pack and travel with that's capable of multiple device charging at once, and even my powerful Macbook Pro that needs a lot of power. Love it!

Very nice charger. Worked great, as expected, until about 20 months in. Then it got very hot and stopped charging anything on any of the ports. Out of warranty so out of luck.UPDATE: Anker contacted me through Amazon and offered a replacement. Fantastic customer service! My favorite charger and cable brand came through. Thanks again Anker!

This replaced a couple of other adapters in my bag pack. I run my HP laptop, Microsoft surface Pro, iPhone pro and I’ll use last port for either Apple Watch, AirPods or charge a battery.I’ve had no problems with it so far.
