Best decision I ever made
1) well made product2) packaging was excellent, sturdy3) does what it claims I.e fixes posture and is a great neck relaxer for a stiff neck4) sits on the natural curve of the spine5) helps with shoulder pain a little6) you fall asleep in a matter of minutes, helps people who have trouble sleeping. 10-15 min is recommended. If you exceed the recommended time, you’ll feel a little pain.

Good product
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to write this review as while purchasing this I found no reviews and I was little skepticle to buy this or not. after using this product for 4 days , i m writing this and I would recommend this product to all who is suffering from some type of neck issue. This is a good product and I am currently using this for 3 min everyday and will gradually increase the time. After using for 3 min. I find this is helpful . I have a straight neck problem and there will be a humo always in my neck area. After using this though hump is still there but I feel Little less pain during all day and i m sure if I use this continuously everyday this will surely help me . So if you have some issue with your neck and planning to buy something like this then go for it. I m women and I feel comfortable with height also. Just removing one star coz I have just started using it otherwise i feel this is a very good product.

Worst product ever, does not serves the purpose.
Recently I got diagonesd with initial stage of cervical pain and my dr recommended to buy a good Cervical cushion/pillow. After thorough research on Amazon and post reading mixed review for this product , I chose to buy this product and see if it relieves my cervical pain or not.It is an honest review to not purchase this product as it doesnot serves its sole purpose, instead the nodes on the pillow will give more pain to your neck just using ot for 3 mins. It was hard for me yo place my neck even for these 3mins and left my neck with more pain.First it is a non returnable item, Amazon team won't take your request for returning it and in case of damage item also, the return window is just 5 days. Post 5 days you will be on your own and will be forced to keep this product with you worth rs. 399.

Gud for neck, shoulders and back pain relief
The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my husband he is getting relief for his disk and neck pain he feels gud after using 15mns per day tq so much for this type of product
