The Ginger PeopleOrganic Minced Ginger 6.7 Ounce (Pack of 2)

I received the minced ginger when it was scheduled. It was wrapped in bubble rap so it traveled well. Opening one jar it smelled fine, color was good and it tasted like ginger. I haven't opened the other jar yet but it is sealed and the color is the same. Mixes well for what I need it for. The taist is not as strong as fresh ginger and I am glad about that.

other than the absolute struggle i went through getting these jars open the product inside is decent quality and easy to use.

I use this in my smoothies. Great flavor, but it arrived leaking. After reading other reviews that stated the same, I thought the manufacturer would have fixed the problem, but no.

I looked all over to find this where I live but no one was carrying it. Happy to find it on amazon. I use it in several dishes. Highly recommend.

In my meat, strew also beef it makes my meat tastes soo good and it as no bad taste good flavor 😋

I will not buy this product again. The ginger is excellent but there is no safety seal of any kind on the jars. This a product of China. One of the two jars I ordered arrived with it's lid so loose that some of the contents spilled out onto the bubble wrap. I could smell the ginger before I freed the jars from the wrap and could feel the sticky wetness on the wrap. So I end up with one jar usable that has no safety seal. Has it been opened before? I'm not going to take any chances. Both bottles are headed for the trash.

Easy to add ginger flavor to stir fry or soup. This is my second purchase of this product.
