Q: I see it comes with two rechargeable batteries but no mention is made of the battery charger. Does it come with a Battery charger?

It comes with a power pack that plugs in to the wall and the charger, similar to a phone charger. The life of the battery charge itself depends on the thickness of the branches you are cutting. The thicker the branch, the faster the battery runs out of power. Regardless, I am very glad I bought it for clearing small brush/branches.

Q: Does this have the ability to connect to keymod or mlock rail systems?

M-lock rail systems are for attaching accessories to guns/rifles/AR's and nothing to do with a handheld saw.

Q: How much run time do you get from each battery?

I am amazed at how long this saw runs on a single charge. I have no problem doing a bunch of pruning in our yard for 45-60 minutes on a charge. The two batteries make it easy to get a lot of work done. In addition, the batteries have recharged in an hour or less. No complaints so far.

Q: This chainsaw arrived and the tightening screw is already stripped. I can't get it to tighten. What can i do?

I suggest returning the saw and request a replacement. Make sure the sprocket cover is loosened up before tightening the chain and then tighten the cover to secure the bar and chain.
