Horrible products. Highly unprofessional staff.
1 - The workmanship is pathetic. Their products are light years away from the images they show. I had to get the furniture pieces repolished to make them look a acceptable.2 - The wood quality is pathetic. Bought a furniture piece and it's already cracking in "multiple places" within a few months.3 - When reported the issues to the company, a highly unprofessional employee (Aman) had the audacity to say it is regular "wear and tear" and asked me to get it fixed from a "local guy". Such employees do not belong in any customer facing role. Now I am asked to wait a few days as the owner is apparently "out of town".Overall, a HORRIBLE experience.
