Sharp Blades, cuts veggies easily
When received, it seemed that the product is very light weight plastic so I thought it wouldn't work so well. I was wrong, the metal blades are very sharp are cut veggies super easily. Worked really well. Even though its made form thin plastic, it still works great.

Nice alternative to the box shredder.
Very sharp blades. Finely shreds hard cheese, veggies, etc. I’m not as proficient as demos I’ve seen, but it’s pretty nice. I bought the shredder by itself and had to purchase the guard separately, but you really need it for safety.

Good buy
I am very pleased with this item. I use it for several different vegetables and it works beautifully. Just be careful not to nick your fingers.

Exotic looking match sticks
So simple to use. Make match sticks out of radish, carrot, jicama or apple. Add a little sweet Japanese rice vinegar just before serving. Maybe adds some micro greens? Very refreshing addition as aside dish. If it is hard enough process it. If you must add a little salt just before you eat it. However, you really don't need any thing.5 Good size radishes ( any kind ) one medium carrot and 1/2 small apple cost about: Help me out here: 50 cent???

I don’t recommend
Good quality plastic but I didn't like the thin slices of carrots.

Good blades
So far I have just used it to shred zucchini. I like the size and shape. It’s easy to hold onto while shredding. The blades seem to be good quality and sharp enough to last awhile.
