This is the lightest 28" suitcase that I've seen. The ripstop nylon is very durable, the zippers work extremely well, and it rolls smoothly. Nice and roomy inside, and the outside pockets provide plenty of extra space for jackets, sweaters, gloves, etc. Great luggage!

I really needed an ultra-light suitcase for a trip to India, which limits local internal airline baggage to 15 kg. This suitcase is more than half of the weight of my prior suitcase, so it really filled the bill! I was a bit concerned that it was so lightweight that it might get damaged during travel, but it held up admirably with not only flights to and from USA to India with stopovers in Dubai, but three intra-India airline flights as well, and lots of moving in and out of a bus and three weeks of baggage handling by hotel porters etc. With all that man-handling, only one zipper handle got lost; not a rip or cut anywhere. I appreciated that part of what made the suitcase so light was instead of heavy side handles the design included a sort of fabric "pocket" that could be used as a handle. I love the bright blue color I got - much easier to find in the airport unloading process. I also loved the four wheels, which made it much easier to move through crowded airports. I was concerned that having non-recessed wheels like my prior suitcase had might make it susceptible to breakage by the airport and hotel baggage handlers, but it came through fine. This suitcase seemed quite strong and flexible, despite its light weight. Excellent and I would recommend.

This is a very roomy suitcase and you can't beat the weight - it weighs several pounds less than any other suitcase I found, even smaller ones.I took it from Chicago to New Delhi and then up to Leh Ladakh in the Himalayas. The Indian airlines charge for practically every kilogram, so having saved several pounds of weight in my suitcase saved me a fair amount of money. Plus it made it easier to wrangle around.Because it is so lightweight and the material seems like it could get ripped, I was concerned but decided it was worth taking a chance. The suitcase made it to and from Chicago to New Delhi and then up to Leh Ladakh and back without a problem. All I had to do is to wipe it down and it is good as new. This was one of my best purchases for the trip, and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this luggage approximately two years ago, and it has accompanied me on about a dozen trips during this period. Overall, it offers some fantastic features that make it well-suited for my two-week travels.Pros:- Maneuverability: The luggage is easy to maneuver, thanks to its effective and durable wheels.- Capacity: Ample space inside accommodates all my belongings comfortably, making packing for extended trips hassle-free.- Lightweight: Its lightweight construction is a definite plus, especially when navigating through airports and train stations.- Design: The design is sleek and practical, fitting seamlessly into my travel style.However, my experience with the luggage has been marred by durability issues. Around the sixth trip, the stitching around the zipper gave way, necessitating a repair visit to a luggage shop in NYC, costing approximately $35. While I appreciated the ability to fix the issue locally, it was nonetheless an inconvenience.Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. On the twelfth trip, the sliding handle jammed, rendering the luggage awkward to drag around. This was particularly frustrating and made my traveling more difficult.In conclusion, while this luggage boasts excellent features that cater to frequent travelers like myself, its durability leaves much to be desired. If the manufacturer can address these issues, it would significantly enhance the overall experience for users. For now, potential buyers should be aware of the mixed bag of pros and cons before making a purchase decision.

telescoping handle won't retract...unable to contact the seller via telephone or email

I needed a new bag and was tired of worrying about my luggage being overweight when traveling. This bag is not only super light but also very good looking. And easy to spot in the baggage area!! Four wheels are so much better than just two. I worry about those getting broke by handlers but so far so good. This bag also has a convenient handle on the bottom, which many bags don't. Makes it much easier to pick up. I contacted Fashion Luggage on another matter and they were very courteous and helped me resolve a problem. Highly recommend.

Need to see what my next process is, the zipper is splitting. Otherwise I us the bag all the time. Great product just the zipper issue..

I love this suitcase in that it's very lightweight and sturdy. Unfortunately, after one year's use, the wheels partially collapsed and stopped turning correctly. I really love the suitcase because of its high capacity while still fitting in the airlines parameters for a regular checked bag. There is a five year warranty but after two years when I finally decided I'd had enough with the nonfunctioning wheels, Amazon no longer provides the option for contacting the seller. I'm hoping to get a resolution. If so, I'll update this review.
