Zurn Wilkins 114-NR3XLDULU 1-1/4" NR3XL Pressure Reducing Valve with Union Capable Female x Female NPT Connection

As others reported this replaces the Wilkins BR 4 Valve. It does not come with new rubber gaskets, however if your gaskets are in good condition you can re-use them, which is what I did. I added teflon tape to the threads.

Fit is right and still working. Good price.

The newly installed one is shown on the left. It was my 1st time replacing the water pressure reducer and the easiest plumbing install I’ve ever done. I bought the same exact model as my old one so I expected it to fit like a glove. I’m not a plumber. Just trying to save money on labor. It just needed 1 pipe wrench to get the job done.This product does work. It reduced the water pressure to what you set to. You need to buy a water pressure gauge separately to read the current water pressure.My only complain about this product is the right-size Union Gaskets were not included. I went to Home Depot but they did not have them. I had to use the old Union Gaskets temporarily until I find new ones. For $220, this product should have them. The picture on the right shows my old water pressure reducer together with the new wrong-size Union Gaskets that came with this product.

The media could not be loaded. You do NOT get the unions that are pictured in the pictures. You get the valve only.

I replacement for my old BR4. I had to get the 1 1/4 inch gaskets somewhere else. They should add gasket But easy to install

Replaced a Wilkins BR4 1 1/4" regulator. It's not all metal like the BR4 and the unit is a little smaller as well, but it's the same pipe diameter so it works. Since it was a replacement, I used my old unions and everything screwed right in. 5 minute installation.
