Melted and re-melted chocolate ruined
The whole pack arrived melted. The chocolate had even crystallised because it had been melted and reset so many times. The whole pack was totally ruined, it was more than the texture. It tasted weird, too.

Bit of a let-down
The 10 bars of choc, did arrive on time, BUT, THEY WERE ONLY WRAPPED IN "ONE VERY THIN" SHEET OF CARDBOARD. NO BUBBLE WRAP. NOTHING. Consequence - SEVERAL BARS BROKEN. BIT DISAPPOINTED.
