I normally wear a US size 18/20. I purchased a 3x and it was a good snug fit. Although the seam of the waist ripped after one day of use, I will still recommend because it made my silhouette more appealing in a dress. I will probably buy another one and the same size too. I think that going up a size won’t provide the same flattering effect.

The seems are quite noticeable and the pads bend in a weird way almost making it impossible to wear if you don’t adjust constantly

I'm 5'9 160 and I got a medium. My waist is perfect but had to fight to get it our my butt but when I did its a bit loss not sure how to explain. Not return it since Im going to make it work.
