I got two of these.. I will summarize first with I LOVE THESE THINGS! I didn't realize they were so expensive, but I bit the bullet and bought them on prime day. I got two XL towels because I love a huge beach towel to start with, but given the cost, I wanted to be able to use them all year kind of as a throw or on car rides or with the dogs (to cover the back seat area of the truck) and so on... I received them pretty quickly (within 10 days, they came separately and te First came within like 4 days!) and both were beautiful! I do wish they had an elephant print, but I get they do ocean preservation stuff. They do have non ocean prints (Disney, Harry Potter, etc) on their website as well. To the touch, the feel like a soft, kind of weathered almost linen type fabric. Thin enough to wear on a beach day, but warm enough to wear for a night.time beach stroll.On to performance! I want to preface this with the fact that I live in the Nevada high desert so water needs are of high importance and we have a LOT of sand and dropping water levels on the lake due to Summer irrigation, thus, a fair bit of wet sand, mud, plus I have 3 very furry large breed dogs that I also like to take to the lake. With all of that, I basically have my own beach in the backseat of my truck and my floorboards 🤣. So on my lake excursion I explicitly laid the towel on the wet sand and then laid on it, made sure it picked up sand and it shook right off with NO PROBLEM! Absolutely amazing! I can also say it doesn't seem to hold on to much dog hair from being used as a throw around my house and being tossed around my truck. It worked well as a cover up once I felt I was getting a little over exposed to the sun as it is super lightweight!One of the two I bought was the Luna (tye dye) and it came with a warning that the ink could run to other fabrics during washing so I tried to set it before I washed it (vinegar and water) and it took a LOT of water to fill up that bowl 🤣 I rung it out and when I hung it up to dry It was dry within about a half hour! I didn't actually use it as a towel at the lake because it was too dang hot to need to dry off... But I did sit on it and it still dried pretty quickly!

Beautiful towel and very good quality. It was for my granddaughter so I purchased it, but I couldn't believe how expensive it was!

It was very soft. I exceeded my expectations. I figured it would be too thin but it is more substantial than I thought. The test will be when we go to the beach this summer.

They do dry quicky, but not quite as quickly as lead to believe. Also, wash separately from clothing as it you accidentally put them in the dryer, the edges get wrinkles that I can't seem to get out of them. I bought two. I wash everything as I work in the apparel industry and I know how many people usually touch one item. Unfortunately it was my husband changing the vaccination clothes from the washer to the dryer that day. Ironing didn't help.Not husband proof.

I got this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it, she comes and visits me at the beach all year and needed one, this baby is very light, stays dry, it’s a bright beautiful blue, we love laying out in the sun but often times the sand burns our feet but not anymore. Worth is for the price.
