I have my prophet 08 set up in a rack and I want it in the top position because that means I can see the controls better.The layout of the cable ports makes this impossible with normal straight cables because they hit the underside of the top part of the rack. These solve that nicely and also work well for small desktop devices (jx-03 for example) to keep their profile nice and low.

Got this midi cable to control my strymon timeline via midi.I’m for so long I was trying to troubleshoot where noise was in my rig.Eventually I figured out that when I removed the midi cable from my Boss ES8 to the timeline then it stopped, it stopped too if I turned midi clock off…though there was a little noise still.Replaced it with one I bought in a local store and it is silent!Avoid these - I’m guessing the aren’t grounded properly or shielding is poor.

Terrible design. The whole point of buying a right angled cable is to have a more streamlined connection. This achieves that but will only be useful for rack mounted gear that isn’t flat on a surface
