This product was a life saver. Immediately relieved me of the neck pain I was experiencing. It looks off- putting but damn does it work well. I wish I would have tried this a long time ago and saved myself alot of money with all the other BS products they have out there for cervical neck pain that I've purchased. 10/10 and would recommend

This device has helped enormously with my frequent moderate headaches and neck pain. I have not needed to see a chiropractor since I started using it. There are two less-than-ideal aspects to the device, however: it is a bit tricky to set up, since the instructions are in Chinese - but the illustration allows for it to be set up without English translation; also, once installed, the head-support piece can only rise to a height that provides traction to people about 5 feet tall or less. The rest of us have to squat in order to get the benefit. Worth the inconvenience.

Shipped on-time and basically as described. Functionally however it was very difficult to use with pulley and cables going everywhere. Most interior doors are hollow core and not strong enough to support my weight (255 pounds) I tried using the steal exterior door but the neighbors thought I was trying to hang myself. Recieved my unit yesterday, set it up carefully and now have a large cut on the top of my head. The green cord connecting the brace to the door-mount broke, sending the metal harness brace into my head.This unit is porely built and dangerous. Now my neck AND head hurts.

I only used it 1 time , because it gave me more pain than I stared with.. I had one years ago (same thing) that really helped. I guess my disk were to far gone this time. Had to have surgery

I bought this a few mos ago because of the reviews, and my husband was having serious neck pain. He had a c-spine fusion a few years ago, and had slept wrong. But, he hasn't needed it until now. He has used it twice, and reports that it is better than when he went to PT in the past. Great product! And about the person that said it fell on his head--it needs to be tightened very well to the top of the door, and it will work fine!Note: Use a chair to get the maximum benefits!

It is only useful if you have someone to help you. You are unable to do it alone as you cannot see the spring-loaded measure of how many pounds of pressure you are using.
