I just ordered this product--for the 30th time! I take it 3 or 4 times a day--breakfast, dinner, bedtime and if I am home during midday, lunch. It has been a game changer in vastly reducing my nighttime leg cramps. I had tried a Mg supplement my local drug store sells, which was a slow release higher dose and it did not work at all for me! I need the consistent, fast-acting effects of this particular product, which is a different Mg combination than I can purchase locally. I've had leg cramps all of my adult life. I've tried numerous supplements, including magnesium and potassium. Nothing seemed to work. Then I saw Cramp Defense advertised on TV.
