Tasty, low carb snack mix
Just like the snack size packs I tried earlier, this is just a bigger bag. Quality is the same, which is good as long as you are looking for a salty/savory snack, not a sweet one.

There were no actual cheesec balls in this bag and the nuts were stale because the bag had a tear.
I was very disappointed with this product.There were loose prices of seeds in the box it came from and the product was very stale.There was a small opening in the bag and it needed to discarded.For the money it was not worth it.

>>> LOW CARBOHYDRATE
> Nature's Garden Keto Snack Mix is indeed low carbohydrate, low cholesterol, and relatively low calorie. And therefore are good snacks for diabetics. That's because the major components (including almonds, pecans, and [the few] macadamia nuts) are low carb.> But there are lower carbohydrate nuts, specifically peanuts and walnuts. Both of which are also less expensive. So, I suggest mixing the Nature's Garden Keto Snack Mix with peanuts. Walnut skins are bitter, so walnuts alone are not so appealing --- but you can add up to 1/3 walnuts to the Nature's Garden Keto Snack Mix, and the diversity of flavor will improve the mix. If you particularly like pecans (as I do) they are low carb as well.> So far, I've purchased a dozen bags, 4 of which were stale. Light toasting can remove the staleness. Even if not stale, the flavor can be improved by toasting. (Pecans, walnuts, and almonds are usually sold unroasted -- presumbably they keep better unroasted. So, you can improve the flavor by roasting them too.)> It's probably best to roast the mix (including any added nuts) in an oven or a toaster oven, but I use a microwave (because my tiny kitchen is too small for a toaster oven, and I don't want to fireup my big oven).> TOASTING IN A MICROWAVE OVEN:>> I toast about 1 1/2 cups of mix (with or without added nuts) on a paper plate in my compact microwave for 9 minutes on power level 4. The cooking time and best power level may differ. Mixing the nuts half-way through the time, is a good idea, but not essential.>> My microwave is hotter in the middle, so I spread the mix in a donut shape on the paper plate. Keep the layer relatively thin. The amount that you are toasting matters -- so always toast the same volume of mix at a time. If you microwave too long, or don't leave the center bare, then some of the nuts will burn inside. Don't sample until the mix has cooled down -- hot nuts can be hot enough to blister burn your mouth.

Large pieces
Am not liking how dry it is to eat these. As no flavor to speak of. Great in yogurt.

So good!
Really fresh and tasty. This is an excellent mix of salty goodies that work great for diabetics. Good for road trips, keeping at the office, or whatever-have-you. Good ratio of ingredients in each pack. The price puts the hurt on me, but everything is sky high at the moment.

Too many almonds!
I don't love these. There are so many almonds, too many. I wanted these to be my "go to" keto snack but they don't satisfy.
