Have only cooked on it twice but absolutely love it. Size works & we're a family of 6. Smash burgers with grilled onions- my oh my! Toasted buns. Breakfast good - just had to lower flame for eggs -bacon & frenchtoast - perfect. I am collecting recipes. Keeps the heat out if the kitchen. Much much nicer than our gas grill - love the flat top.

This griddle is the bomb! I’m the chef of my house and I’m telling you not only does this griddle make fantastic food. It keeps the kitchen clean and less of a mess with having to clean pot and pans. This griddle has a trash can on the side and a paper towel holder so you’re not making a mess outside too! Keeping it seasoned you’re going to use a bunch of paper towels. So it’s handy to have the trash bag holder attached to it. I high recommend you purchase this griddle. For years, I’ve been trying to duplicate restaurant quality pancakes in my kitchen and it’s been a fail every time. The first time I made pancakes on this griddle it was exactly like the restaurant! I was so excited. Crispy edges and soft and fluffy in the middle. Cheesesteaks, smash burgers, you name it! It comes out great! You will not be disappointed. Did I mention it has an air fryer built in? Well it does and it’s awesome! Super crispy fries ,onion rings and wings! I might just make my kitchen into a spare room! Jk! I love this griddle! You need this too!

i am chief michael of a well known 4 star eaterymy wife purchased this blackstone grill for our lake house,i flew in on our chopper on Tuesday for a 3 day stay with the kids and did not think much of this grill as i do not like most things my wife purchases.HOWEVER; she made me promise to ONLY do the simple foods for the kids like hot dogs , burgers, chicken, fries. ect. so i did. this grill is the best thing she ever purchased for me on my B-day,it cooked the fries in the air frier bin in 18 min. perfectly. the burgers in 12 min. also perfectly. the air fried chicken in 22 min. also perfectly, and vegetables on the top grill also perfectly.thats saying something as i am a dictator in my kitchen worst then ramsey,, and no one is up to MY standards,..the kids loved the simple food.. so if you want a real grill to cook simple foods get it. you will not be displeased.

I meal prep every week and this griddle has saved me so much time and effort. I can make breakfast, sides, and proteins on this without messing up the kitchen. It was super easy to season after assembling and the griddle top alone is worth the money to have. I got this on sale for almost half off so I def got a steal!

I was fortunate enough to get this when it was on sale and they also had free installation, which took two people about 1 hour.I quickly got my seasoning kit ready and then a few days later, was ready to griddle. Over a weekend, we did dinner and breakfast and both turned out really good.But - a few things to keep in mind:- the 28-inch (vs. 36-inch) was all the size I needed, but the downside is that the 28-inch only has two burners (vs. 4 for the 36-inch) and this creates some definite hot and cold zones (hot 2/3 of the way up, cold near the edges towards the front). Just beware as some food may burn and some will barely cook- the side tables are great BUT the way the griddle is set up, there is a big vent - even with the lid closed - directly from the griddle to the side tables that will scorch anything left there, like seasoning, dishes, paper towels, etc.- you will definitely want to get some accessories: seasoning kit, scrapers, griddle cover, mat to protect your deck/patio, water sprayer/bottle to help with clean up, griddle press and/or cover for cooking some foods like vegetables and chicken.So far, it is a nice complement to my Weber Gas BBQ.

I can’t think of any griddle better than Blackrock. And this model is the greatest with an air fryer, warming basket, the hinged hood and side shelves. Very well heavy made to last. Excellent
