Q: Do these have a proper crotch panel that will hold a sanitary napkin?

technically there is a "panel" but I can't wear sanitary napkins or panty liners with these because they won't stay in place or stick properly. Always have to wear "regular" underwear underneath these, which has been disappointing.

Q: How do they look under yoga legging?

You'll see the seams around your legs if you're a bigger gal. Otherwise they should be fine, I wear them with my scrubs.

They feel like cotton. Actually softer and very breathable. They are great in really hot weather, dry better and faster than cotton.

Q: Do these let you wear say skinny jeans over them and not feel bulky or super tight as if you were trying to wear two pants at the same time?

I wear tight jeans and it felt very comfortable
