It really is everything they say it is. My family has enjoyed this product for a long time and it helps lift my “brain fog” especially during a low mental health day. It balances my kiddos emotions and I always notice a difference in their behavior when they have a lightning stick each day. Love how easy it is to use and yummy for the kids, even my toddler. Great tangy flavor without any harmful sugary ingredients like most kids vitamins.Truly worth it.

These are fantastic. There is a very bad strong underflavor (you can smell it in the big bag) but they have figured out the magic of overpowering it so that you don't really taste it - or at least, your mouth is so happy from the other flavors that it doesn't care.These packets are so good that you look forward to taking them every day. They do give a boost - it feels a bit like a sugar boost. I've taken the same vitamins (in much higher quantities) and gotten no boost at all, so they are doing something right.1 Star deducted because: high price, and the vitamins are pretty low as far as daily percentages, and because the marketing hype is not really believable. DTC (Direct To Cell) "technology" that needs you to put it on your tongue? Okay, whatever. They may have some things that are more readily absorbable. But it's not going directly into cells. Which cells? Blood cells? Skin cells? Brain Cells? It doesn't even make sense. So, based on that, I'd give them 1 star, but they taste so good and I definitely perceived a positive effect from them, so maybe there is something there and the scientists shouldn't be penalized for the indiscretion of the marketing group...Anyway, I do think 4 stars is fair because if you can stomach the price of $2 per dose, you will most likely be very happy with the flavor and the impact - even if it's just from something like a sugar boost, at least you can feel something which is more than you can say for most multivitamins. Plus covering up that bad flavor is pure genius.

I purchased this based on someone’s recommendation and desperate to find something to help naturally with ADHD … Completely my fault for not seeing exactly what % of vitamins were actually in the supplement … I was just impressed with their marketing of “36 essential vitamins, minerals & amino acids”. All of the vitamins daily value is low EXCEPT b12. The proprietary blend doesn’t seem to be very high MG to be much of a contribution. I could buy b12 supplements much better for less if that’s all it really is.I chose the sour berry. The flavor was alright. Not enough to cover the taste of what reminded me of flint stone vitamins.I’m super disappointed and i know I should have researched more. The 1 star is for their marketing hype that shouldn’t exaggerate the truth.

Changing from a 9am to a 6am start with work, these have been so crucial for getting my brain going when it’d rather be in bed. I’ve tried the Tropical flavor which is super tangy but I prefer the Banana flavor which reminds me of banana nesquik.I open the pack and pour it under my tongue, let it dissolve there for maximum absorption, no coffee or water for around 15 mins before or after (all as recommended by the doctor who put me on to these). It’s like starting my day with a little sweet treat.If I drink too much coffee in combination with these I do get a little jittery. But I LOVE the clarity they bring and how they instantly lift the brain fog I was struggling with. A little pricy per serving but so worthwhile when it means I’m firing on all cylinders by the time I log on at 6am.

Flavor is not good. Leaves a weird after taste. Love the idea of it though. Super easy to take just a bad after taste
