Not bad, looks real
I was actually surprised by this. The light is extremely bright and fairly large. I was lucky enough to not have to run the wire anywhere, I just put it in my center console and had the wire stick out just a bit and I just let it sit and it flashes and does it’s job.It comes with a small piece of tape that you can tape the item down but I honestly wouldn’t do that, if you have a place where you can conceal the battery compartment and some of the wiring, you could just let it sit because if anyone is just walking by or briefly looks into the car, it’s going to look real.If I were going to break into a car and was walking by and saw the flashing light, I would keep walking. If you taped it down and conceal the wires, it will look real but if you are able just to let it sit somewhere, without taping it down, it will look real and you can remove it instantly if you wanted to.This is something where you could put a light in the front and one even in the back window, not sure many car alarms do that but I guess it could be done. The stickers are not worth anything, they just look fake but I think this was worth the money. This definitely was worth the money. A heck of a lot cheaper than buying an actual car alarm! If you get good batteries, I could see them lasting quite a while. You can always turn the unit off if you’re at home or not going to be driving for several days.

Update: Battery lasted over 5 months continuously on, but...
I'm in Florida. I need a 24/7 blinking red light for an doorway entrance in the shade. The first unit lasted 5 months, 1 week with a winter/spring temp range of 40 to 95 degrees F (began Jan 1). On June 8, I noticed it had stopped blinking. A couple of times during this time I rolled the batteries slightly just to make sure the contacts hadn't corroded. Unfortunately, I discovered that the AA battery in the left compartment had leaked, so it might have lasted longer if not for that. Probably it leaked due to the heat. I decided not to attempt cleaning and began using the second unit in the two pack.UPDATE: Dropping to a 4-star review from 5 because the batteries in the second unit are lasting only two weeks during Florida's summer and early fall months when kept on 24/7. The unit is in the shade, not in a vehicle or direct sunlight and has ventilation, max temps reached high 80s. Seems odd that the first unit's batteries lasted 5 months while the second one only about two weeks. Not sure I can attribute it to just the heat, being a single LED and three batteries.

Works well so far
Bought this in May 2024 for a trip we were going on at the end of June. I installed it a week before the trip and it is still working great. I was able to install it so it actually illuminates the little red bulb that was there from the old alarm that was removed due to it malfunctioning. Don't know how long it will last but so far so good, would buy again.

Light Sensor isn’t worth it
The media could not be loaded. The products great but I suggest not getting the light sensor version it, only seems to shut off if I shine a flash light on it but when the suns out the light keeps flashing all day other then that I can’t complain

JUNK
Would someone explain to me, it has on/off switch, you turn it on and it blinks day and night, I only want it to come on at night, you would think when you turn it off, then it would come on at night then turn off at sunrise, but it doesn't do that, why do some reviewers say it has a sensor to come on only at night? it says in description one year battery life, batteries lasted from mid june to sept first, two and a half months, not one year!! maybe if it came on at night batteries would last longer, who the hell needs it blinking in the day time???
