Jarlsberg has a slightly stronger and nuttier flavor than baby swiss. This was a fine Jarlsberg in my opinion and I'm delighted.

cold pack was hot
Cheese would have been good if it was cold and fresh. Cold pack was hot and cheese was room temperature.

Great product
I was concerned that the cheese may have suffered during shipping. Only one freezer pack was used and the cheese was very soft when I opened the box. But overnight in the refrigerator worked and the cheese tasted wonderful.
