OCR 300PCS Flat PVC Heat Shrink Tubing Battery Wrap for 1x 18650 Battery(29.5mm *12 Colors)

I was looking at wraps for my three pairs of batteries. They all need it. I was looking at some cool ones with designs on them and almost went with them. But they were 5 bucks for only a few. Decided to keep looking. I came across this package deal and thought, "I don't have see through battery doors on my mods so really, whats the point in having cool designs on my batteries? I've been fine with solid colors." So I ordered this and got it next day with prime shipping! 300pc for 10 bucks is very very fair. There's no instructions and the little paper on the lid that shows the colors in the pictures is not on there, but that doesnt change anything.Rewrapping is super easy. if you've never done it-take old wrap off batteries, i just used a knife to gently cut the wrap to help it off. careful not to cut into battery-there is a white plastic/vinyl washer on the positive side. KEEP THIS! ITS IMPORTANT!!!-the battery shouldn't but make sure its free of debris and wipe off the washer as well-open new wrap. this is sometimes the biggest pain of the whole process. but its not too bad, if you have a small knife or something thin to help you open it it'll make it a little faster-Put battery into new wrap. find the halfway point is where you want it. Place that white washer back on the positive side (this washer helps prevent the area past the positive bump from touching anything which would have a bad outcome so MAKE SURE TO PUT THIS BACK!!!!!-use a hair dryer on heat or a heat gun (i used a heat gun myself but anything that blows fairly hot air should work) and start on the positive side. Should quickly form to the battery. once this is done just work your way down to the negative side. NOTE: It really doesnt matter what side you start from. I just start from positive so it holds that washer in place-go over the battery and make sure you dont have any bubbles. if you do a quick hit with the hair dryer or heat gun ought to remedy that!Enjoy your new wraps!Do most of us need 300 wraps? Well depends on how rough you are and how often you are using these batteries. I use mine for vaping and am almost daily swapping out batteries and taking them on and off the charger. My charger is a multi size charger that has the negative tabs on springs and I've had that tap rocket up when taking a battery off and tear the wrap before. Always best to have and not need than need an not have. 9.5 out of 10 imo. I'd add an extra .5 and give a 10/10 if they offered a pack like this with designs on it. just to have that option.If you need wraps....BUY THIS!!!!!!

I have used the design ones before (also available on Amazon), and I liked these quite a bit better for overall fit, finish, and quality. These are a bit thicker than the design ones, however, there is no thin clear plastic bits on these like there is on these. Results are a better, more professionally feeling when finished. I found that the other ones left some curl due to the clear plastic on them. I do advise using a two stage method on these wraps for the best finish though, as I have seen some people say they take a bit more heat: that's absolutely correct. I did it by first hitting down the seam lines at a 45* angle with a standard blow dryer. Just enough to somewhat flatten down both seams and begin to curl the ends. Then I hit both ends (again, angle it) to get the edges rolled over. Generally heat all over to get them to fit. However, for best fit, break out a heat gun now on low, hit down the seams to finish smoothing and blending them, hit both ends briefly to really set the wrap, then run around the top battery seams to lock in those grooves. Light heat all over to complete them, looks very professional that way.

These worked great on my batteries. I had around twelve batteries and instead of buying more decided to reward mine. Super easy and cost saving!Since I have had a while and used I realized 70% of the wraps are warped and not usable.These work and I have more than enough, if you are going to wrap a large quantity I would suggest a different brand. I used these to re-wrap my VTC5's and i've gotta say I was surprised at the quality. They don't have a Matte look to them as much as the original wrap but it's not a terrible over-glossy and cheap look either. The cuts were the right size for the most part and they won't burn as easy if you're new to rewrapping batteries (Like I was), the Purple looked great on a set for my friend and I used the deep green.

Bright colors, high quality wraps, EXACTLY the right length for your 18650 batteries. I bought the multi color pre cut 18650 wraps. Even if your batteries are a tight fit in whatever device, these replacement wraps shrink evenly, do not get tacky or sticky or "melt-y" under the shrinking heat and your newly wrapped batteries will fit neatly back into the charger or device they are in. Consistent color before and after application. Smooth surface. These are just GREAT! Purchased separately this would cost much-MUCH more money. Pay for themselves in the first half dozen batteries you re-wrap. Everything right and no discernible downside.

Fit perfectly and go down smoothly everytime. It's very important for safety reasons that your batteries are properly covered. This is an affordable option to keep you and your batteries safe!

I have purchased similar items before for my hobby. They are a bit shiny and when heated up and they cool are also a bit stiff not too flexible but they look pretty good. I have both now and use these quite a bit.

Works well for restoring my old 18650s with degraded wrappers that are beginning to have issues registering, causing me to have to swap the battery orientation or smack the device.Anyways I wrapped with 4 blues and 2 purples, both colors seemed to perform equally well. I put in new insulator rings too, and the batteries look and register like new. Their capacity is degraded but still have another year or two. Buy a set like this and have a lifetime of easy 18650 restoration.You only need a hair dryer, too. The heat shrink is very sensitive, a lighter or heat gun may cause damage
