Excellent mount, a little tricky to get used to the lock/ unlock mechanism but works as described, especially on smaller tv.

Does the job
I put a 27" TV on it and the locking mechanism would not hold the weight of the TV. I had to drill it out and use a pin to hold it up. Works good. If you don't want to drill it out and use a pin, I wouldn't buy it

Great mount
Am using this with a 32" tv outside on my porch and works great. Easy to install and can swivel the tv to any direction for optimal viewing.

It’s a bit hard to assemble... but so far it works with my Toshiba 38”
I honestly am the type of girl who has some of the tools to assemble some build your own stuff, but this one got me all confused so I had to call my boyfriend to come help me figure it out.. but anyway, we did figure it out..I have a 38” Toshiba tv that weighs 24.6lbs.. sooo, my tv’s weight was within the range, but my tv’s length isn’t... that scared me... but I thought, if I can find a good stable wood to screw this onto, then I think I’ll be fine.. so we found a 2x2 wood on the ceiling.. so 2 of the screws(the front ones) are on the wood, while the other 2 (the back ones) are just on the drywood ceiling.. so far, so good.. the only thing that sucks is I cannot push the tv up against the ceiling because the tv is either too big or too heavy or both... but that’s okay.. as long as it’s tilted and I am able to see it while laying down on bed, that’s all it matters..but check out the pictures as to how much I can told backwards with this kind of tv... And I’ll give an update on how the tv mount is holding up my 38” 24.6lb Toshiba tv..
