This allergy-proof, dust-proof mattress cover has been a total lifesaver for me! I'm severely allergic to dust mites, get styes and bad eye allergies, and I also have cats, so keeping my bed allergen-free has always been a challenge. Since using this cover, my nights have been so much more comfortable, and my allergies are finally under control.The cover fits my mattress perfectly, creating a snug, impenetrable barrier. I am using this mattress cover as an allergy shield and a mattress protector. It feels smooth and tightly woven and is actually deeper than the 9ins that I ordered. It was therefore easy to pull on. The colour is bright white, which I love. It looks well made and like it will last a long time, especially since I like to wash them periodically to ensure that my allergies do not kick up.

This mattress covered arrived overnight as advertised. It was exactly as described on line. I am using it for a cover for a 4 inch queen sized mattress topper in our travel RV. It fit perfectly. I like that it is zippered as it will hold the cover on better than covers that only have pockets. All 4 sides are cotton. I had bought one at a store that advertised the top as premium cotton; it felt plasticy and the other 3 sides were plastic. This was exactly what I was looking for and could not find locally in the stores.

I bought a 6 inch twin matress and a 3 inch topper to fit this cover, but it definitely not 9 inch deep and also the width and the height must be too big for twin. Too lose and exactly the opposite of tight.

I can't believe I wasted $75 on this thing, I could have made a better one myself with a couple of bedsheets.Where to start? First I washed it because it smelled chemically when I opened the package. Putting it on was a pain, I had to shift my mattress onto the end and shimmy this down side to side, it barely squeezed on and busted a seam on one side of the zipper.When I finally got it on, the zipper foot came off because there's no stopper to prevent that, so I had to re-atrach it, then hand sew up the end of the zipper and the few inches where the seam broke. It was so tight that it ruined the plush feel of my euro top, I feel like I'm sleeping on a tightly pulled cot. Now if I want to take it off, I'm out $75 and a ton of effort for what's essentially a couple of thin sheets sewn together with too long of a stitch with a low quality zipper, and no velcro to properly seal the zipper opening. If I ever wanted to wash it again, the whole point of a washable mattress cover, it would be in shreds just taking it off and back on again.

I have been trying to shift to more natural products in my home. I bought a latex mattress and wanted to have a cover on it to help it last longer, but I wanted it to be natural as well, otherwise it defeats the point. It was hard to find a non-plastic cover that didn't cost as much as the mattress, so I was very happy to finally find this one. The zipper works well and it is not difficult to take on and off. I machine wash it once a year with my sheets and hang it on the line to dry. My mattress is 8" thick and this cover would certainly fit a thicker mattress as well. It is a tight weave so it does stop small amounts of liquid from soaking through to the mattress, but it would not stop a large quantity. I have been very happy with this purchase.

These were easy to install onto my mattress although when zipping it up I had to be extra careful as it reluctantly zipped but I won’t be taking it off again for what I hope will be at least a couple years so that was not much of a problem. There’s not much noise to be heard when you lay on it, I just hear my sheets whispering which isn’t near as loud as my previous mattress cover was so I’m very pleased with this one. It had a bit of that new smell but it’s already gone a few days later too.

I bought one of these a month ago from Amazon and also bought a cheaper from "another" retail store and had to come back here to replace the cheaper quality cover from the other store to take to our vacation home.After sleeping on the Allersoft, the other brand just couldn't compare. This cover is soft and does not make noises or cause overheating while we sleep. Since I have developed severe allergies to dust/dust mites, my allergist suggested getting a mattress cover. We both sleep very well on the Allersoft so much so that I had to order a Calif King for our home in Panama.I would highly recommend this mattress cover. It is very expensive but you save money by getting good quality that is comfortable.
