4 month update posted with pics -- Scar on face is still fading after 2 months of use.
Review at 4 months:I am truly amazed at the healing and never thought I would be comfortable posting before/during/after pictures but I remember looking for pictures when trying to figure out what to use. I wanted to help those looking.At 4 months healing I no longer feel the scar, the skin has smoothed. I participated in an in-person event with hundreds of customers this week and no one noticed the scar, these same people have known me at these events for 7 years now. The few who knew what happened (2) - I asked them afterward and they said they had honestly forgotten and saw no sign of a scar.Thank you, Mederma! What an amazing product.Review posted at 2 months:I use Mederma Scar Cream with SPF during the day and Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream at night - I started use about 2 weeks after I was attacked, I had several punchers and 3 slices (wait until the scabs fall off on their own before you start using). After 2 weeks I could feel smoother skin forming. It's now been 2 months and the scars are fading faster then the trauma. Half of the smaller punchers have almost faded completely - maybe due to placement. The slices have smoothed over (touch) but are still visible.I used this product, applied like SPF lotion, rubbing it in until dry. I opted not to wear makeup so I was able to reapply every few hours.I plan to continue to use and hope one day to forget to look for the scar.

I had Surgery 7months ago and while I still Do not put my scars out to the sun so they can heal properly; I was afraid if the indirect sun on some spots of the scars plus the UV rays that still go thru the bikini. This did an amazing job at keeping my scars protected

Seems to Be Helping
I had a 2nd degree burn on the side of my face. I've been using Mederma products day and night since I was done with the prescription burn cream and my skin was ready.This cream along with the others are slowly fading the scar. I say slowly because it's going to take time, possibly another 6+ months or longer. There isn't a product available that I'm aware of that can magically remove the scar.I'm happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with a new burn. I can't speak to what it does for old scars.I wait to post reviews so I have a chance to use products.

Protects scar tissue
Went on vacation but I needed to protect the scar tissue from my surgery. This worked great. Went on easily and soaked into the skin No sunburn on the area

what is going on with product description purchased vs product delivered?????
ordered 2 pack, only got 1 in the box that was pretty beat up. i was told that another 2 pack would be sent out right away but again only got 1 in that box as well so was told not to return any of them since i now had my original order of 2 but ended up with one good one and one bad and was told I was not getting charged and now I am getting recharged???
