Better Sound then Nothing ear A!
Ive had mine for almost for 3 years. To replace them i bought what i thought would be a comperable pair called the nothing ear a. AfterCompairing them I can say that the 1mores have way more sound clarity and are the best earbuds ive used ever.

High failure rate
2 sets failed. Bought 1 about a year ago and the right earbud failed within 2 months. Decided to to give them a second try as I overall liked this brand just to have the second pair refuse to pair to any device whether it my own or someone else's. Avoid if you care about quality control as it's a coin toss of you get a working pair.

Great earbuds. Excellent value.
Bought direct from 1more $30 coupon plus free wireless charger. Didn't hear anc at all until i switched to larger tips. Then it worked great. Controls work consistently. Wish there was a single tap control. Small case and buds are lightweight, very comfortable. Buds sound great especially for the price. Quick response from 1more about firmware update. All in all they work perfectly. Will edit review as time goes by our anything changes. I think a few reviewer's got defective buds.

No Support, buy hey, Nice Website!
WARNING: This is VERY LONG but I have all documented and saved.Don’t have a listening experience to share about the Evo’s because they would not pair to any device in the house. I was very hopeful when I read reviews, looked at 1More’s website and details about WNR and how the Evo’s have found a solution to wind noise… alas, no joy!So, I approach Customer Service and attempt to reach them by phone for an assist in maybe resetting the earbuds so they would pair? Something simple one would think, right? Wrong! What I got was a recording stating that because of COVID the entire company moved to work from home, there is NO PHONE Support available. If you have an issue, email (not chat, email) Customer Support and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.Sad that I had to resort to email solution instead of immediate help I went ahead and dutifully followed the archaic process they called support and sent the email. The next day (20 hours or so) I get a response to my multiple, very specific 3 questions email. The response was a sloppy attempt at copy/paste for base instructions that had nothing to do with my issue… it was glaringly obvious they did not really even look at my email… my guess is a bot picked out the word “Pair” from my email and it sent the barely related, non specific copy/paste response to me. So, what next? Ah, email again… at this point I am no longer sad about not getting my earbuds to work I am frustrated that I can’t get any actual live person help or even an intelligent bot 🤨 I send the email letting them know they did not actually read my last email because of all I stated above, is there actual support or what am I to do? Again, I asked 2 separate questions and each stood alone specific to the non pairing. The response from them this time was 48 hours later and the response was that I could return them (obviously). Surprised that was the response instead of customer support or technical support attempt to resolve, just return them, we will send you new ones after we get our other pair back if you like or we can refund you, my decision.Likely, if you are still reading this, you already know my decision. If I can’t get help now, is this company going to even be around in a year if they truly have no concept of customer support?Refund please. Still sad I didn’t get to hear them, but likely for the best anyway. As a footnote… should have bought thru Amazon instead of direct from 1More, the return process would have been easier.
