Great ice machine. I had a bullet type machine previously that broke after 12 months. This so far I've had for 1 month and I love it. I turn it on for an hour to have enough ice for the whole day. The ice comes out looking like a bar of cadburys chocolate, buy I use a metal scoop and it breaks into smaller pieces dead easily. The cubes last longer than bullet type of ice and it's quieter. Highly recommended.

We purchased this machine for our cafe/trattoria. It is very quiet and easy to use. We can make ice and bag it up and store it in the freezer. We can make enough ice every day for our needs and also store some for extra busy times. The ice is crystal clear and the smaller cubes fit nicely into any glass. Sits on any work top. It will pay for itself within 8 - 10 weeks, then save us money. No hassle. Highly recommend.

If you like ice then this could be the thing for you! If you like your ice nice and clear then it definitely is the thing for you.Ok so you get a “chocolate bar” of ice rather than individual cubes. But attack those with an ice pick and you’ll find it amazingly therapeutic!Besides, you going to be hard pressed to find something better for this price. It’s not too noisy either.It’s all good.

The media could not be loaded. Avoid this ice machine! The first machine pump broke (see video) in 5 months. They would not refund, only offered 20% back or replacement ice machine. Even after asking for a full refund at this point they would only give me them two options. So had to go for the replacement ice machine. Second ice machine broke within 3 months, so now the original one has gone over the 6 month point the manufacture is stating it is out of warranty and will not refund or replace. The second does not cool down enough to make ice cube (see photos of badly formed half / hollow cubes). Save yourself the hassle and money and do not buy this machine or from this seller.

Find the control buttons a bit fiddly.however it's a good machine. Ice in blocks needs breaking is solid and long lasting and potentially plentyful.machine is quiet when running.very good.

Good ice machine, provides proper cubes which last well instead of the usual bullet style!Update - machine has just started making a noise, will provide an update!

My last machine did bullet ice, and it would basically be running all day.This one makes great slabs of crystal clear ice, run it on the timer for an hour in the morning, it fills the bin , and it lasts basically all day, must be reasonably well insulated.Pretty impressed so far. Just hope it’s reliable as it’s more expensive than the bullet ice machines.Easy to use- yesNoise level- bit noisy but okEasy to clean- nope, but no ice machines are.

I really cannot recommend these things. I've bought 3, and all of them died the moment the 6 month warranty ran out. Truly appalling.
