Meat Cleaver Knife Japanese Chef Knife for Vegeable Meat Cutting, Effort Save Unique Knives

I decided to try this knife due the neuropathy in my left hand, I have trouble holding things and this knife fits good and I have no problem holding it straight to cut. my only drawback is that it did not come with a blade protector to keep it from getting dinged or cutting yourself. It is very sharp and very sturdy when cutting because the center of gravity has been lowered and centered. This is a very good knife to have in the kitchen.

This is something that when you use it you wonder how you did without it all your life. It does the work of a cleaver but with more control. It does the work of a butcher knife but leaves your knuckles clear of the cutting board and out of the pile you're cutting. The placement of the handle makes using it easy on my arthritic wrist.

Nice sharp, heavy and thick blade. Takes some practice to adjust to where you hold it. Practice will keep the cuts on the food rather than your fingers. ; )
