They last a long time
All the companies that make these types of products are basically using the same formula. What it comes down to is water and salt. This company I think has figured out what the correct formula is. That's for sure.So I've used one of these in an ice mule cooler with about 3 cups of ice, and kept some frozen hamburger patties Frozen for about 3 days, or 72 hours. As long as you don't open and close the cooler every 2 minutes, you'll definitely keep a lot more cold air in there, which will keep everything else cold.I bought a few different sizes, and depending on your hard cooler, you can mix and match and adjust. If you're going to use these in something like a Yeti or a coleman, the best thing to do is lay a couple of them on the bottom of the cooler like a puzzle. Then put your ice on top of that, then put in some rock salt. You Won't necessarily be able to eat your ice because of the saltiness, but everything works in conjunction with keeping everything just a little bit cooler for longer. If you're the type of person that's going to reach into the cooler to grab some ice, then just don't put the rock salt in. But know that your ice is going to melt a lot quicker.Going to the beach, with the soft sided cooler? And you want to keep your sodas cool with no ice at all and just these packs? Yes you can do that! You'll probably get maybe 6 to 8 hours that way of cold temperatures on your sodas or beverages. One note I will say is that if you are going to use these on their own, please do try to get a couple of them to fit on the bottom and sides and top of whatever it is you're putting into your cooler. It's all about puzzle pieces fitting together, and keeping the cold all around and surrounding whatever it is you're trying to keep cool.

Great Ice Packs!!!
I've bought many ice packs and these are my husband's favorites. They work really well and have long staying power. They're great!

Cold, strong, sturdy ice pack
Keeps my stuff cold for 12 hours in room temps. 6-8 hours in hot sun. Very sturdy design. Will last a long time. Gets very cold. Has an easy to grip handle. Will not warp.

Best ice packs I own
I love the thin profile. It allows more items to be put into the cooler. It also stays cold longer. I have the yeti ice packs and other ice packs that I purchased from Walmart, and these far outperform the Walmart ice packs, which is expected. They also have outlasted the yeti ice packs. Not by a lot but by a noticeable margin. I would definitely purchase again.

Absolute must have
Work in the heat everyday. Without the ice packs need ice everyother day. With the ice packs I get ice 2 times a week. 2nd time isn't always needed just want drinks to stay cold. Waters will freeze to the packs, so have to watch for that. A must have for your coolers
