Q: Is it the soft tulle or the very coarse tulle?5

In my opinion, it's a soft tulle....different from nylon netting. I used it, in addition to netting, in order to achieve the desired color impact.

Q: Would one bundle be enough for one aisle

Depends on the length of the isle. I used this to cover a wall that was about 20 ft wide.

Q: What are the measurements of this? At the top it says 54" x 120ft (which is 10 yds, not 40) but under "Product Dimensions" 14.9 x 9.1 x 4 inches.

In the shipment we received it was 54" x 120'.
