Works like a charm!
I have the Cooler Master RS-500-PCAR-D3 PSU, which is a 500W power supply which comes with only 6 pin PCIe power connector. I purchased this to convert it to 8 Pin for the GTX 1650 OC graphics card. Works pretty well. The quality of the converter is good.

It works..
Upgraded my old HP Z800's GPU. My power supply had only 6pins, my gpu needed 8 pin. This solved my problem and works totally fine.. Just make sure ur power supply can give that much power required for the GPU.. Like 500W or above.
