Love It!
A very nice, high quality, sharp knife that is of a good length, has good balance, is comfortable, and easy to use. Then again, it's a Wusthof, and those things are what Wusthof is known for.

These extremely good quality knives are expensive. I purchased one every couple of years for my husband as a gift. They are worth every penny we don’t buy fancy stuff, but we love to cook and these knives help make that enjoyable.

Very nice weight and shape.
Super sharp but for $135 you'd think you'd get a little better handle I might as well be a what's that knife a fabric or whatever it is the handle blows. Bring back some old school Mr 200 years old got rid of their good knives 30 years ago why enough with the rivets go back to real handles

Awesome Prep knife
I have the 8” chef knife and is a little big for smaller projects. This was a great size and fits well in my hand.
