Really pleased. I have arthritis developing in my left hand....over enthusiastic gardening and pulling tough weeds. As the years go by, it gets worse and I sometimes wake in the night with my index finger in particular locked, immovable and painful. This firm sponge grip solves the problem without extra discomfort. A few stretches of my hand morning and evening reduce the times it occurs. My hand feels stronger and is definitely becoming less painful as time passes. Phew! I find the long grip much more effective than round or egg shapes I've tried before. Keeps joints in line and ensures all working equally.

I hesitated buying this after someone commented that it was too big for their hand, they couldn't get their hand around it. I am a woman with a small to medium hand and it is perfect. I have tennis elbow and golfer's elbow and have lost the strength in my arm. This is helping me build it back up. It is well made, solid and a good shape. The 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the strong neoprene smell. A small price to pay for the great job it does though. I should mention that my husband - who has large hands - found it easy to use too.

Needed it for finger arthritis. A bit hard to squeeze.
