Use has reduced pain in the wrist

This product is one of several I looked at, as I needed to exercise my hand after some surgery. Basically, it is a moderately soft sponge ball of good quality. It looks quite small but is perfectly sized for its purpose in exercising the average hand size and the texture provides a perfect exercising load to strengthen the fingers and to stretch the palm. As always, gentle repetitive exercise is the key to success . There are all sorts of elastic devices for fingers and all sorts of hard sponge balls the size of tennis balls. The finger elastics just break and you don't need the larger firmer items unless you have hands the size of hams ! They can do more harm than good. This is an excellent simple exerciser , it is all you need, a tried and proven means of strengthening and flexing your hand.One word of advice, - keep it away from small children and dogs as it is small enough to be partially swallowed .

The product is good quality but disappointed with the size of the stress ball thought it would be a bit larger

With a broken wrist recovery this has proved really helpful. Sits neatly into palm and offers good resistance.

The squeeze ball has given me more mobility in my hand already after suffering with wrist and hand discomfort . It has made me notice the lack of grip that I have in the affected hand .I will try and use the ball frequently to build up the strength again.

Der Ball ist sehr klein.

Metto un voto sulla fiducia, perché non è ancora stata aperta e provata.La pallina è più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi ma le dimensioni sono coerenti con quanto dichiarato.Inizialmente pensavo di restituirla per la dimensione, poi ci ho ripensato: forse questa misura è più consona per una mano piccola.Tra le foto che ho aggiunto ce n'è una per dare un'idea della dimensione della pallina in mano.
