I am beyond disappointed with this product and this company. DO NOT BUY!During my very first use of this product after purchasing it a few months prior, I noticed that the test pads were gravely discolored and basically unusable for proper diagnostic use.At first I was hoping it was just 1 of the test strips but I dumped out the entire container and lo and behold every single test strip was discolored at the very top.If you see in the attached images, it is basically impossible to tell what the test indicates. In the product image, you can see that it is supposed to be a white color for the top test pad, NOT this dark brown/tan that is evident on every single strip.I understand that not all products you purchase online might look exactly like the photo, BUT when the entire purpose of the item you were purchasing is to be a a diagnostic tool to help reveal infections by color variations on test pad, it is just inexcusable.To make this even worse, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and contacted them via Amazon chat since Amazon fulfilled the order and was promptly told by the Amazon Associate that because I was outside the 30 day window, that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly. This took 4 separate chats with Amazon Associates for them finally to indicate to me how to contact the seller since the contact seller links they were providing were not working.It was basically impossible to get in touch with the manufacturer and I called several times with no response. I left several messages weeks ago and have had no response. I really wanted to give this company a chance to correct the mistake of a faulty product but their customer service is extremely lacking.I advise all the customers to NOT PURCHASE from this company because of the fact that it will be a waste of your money and your time trying to fix their mistake.

I am not a doctor and thus cannot provide medical advice. I am a retired RN and this review is my personal experience with the product. This item has been accurate each time I have used it. I get frequent UTI infections this product has been great for me to have at home. I’ve used this product to confirm infections before going to the clinic. Due to the pain I usually end up taking peridium tablets to ease the pain before having to wait to get into see the doctor. The peridium/Azo tablets discolor your urine so the quick dipstick test can not provide immediate results during your office visit. The specimen will have to be sent to lab which takes time. I’ve used these sticks to confirm infection and taken the bottle with results into the clinic for the doctor to see. This is a great advantage so that I can take the peridium or Azo tablets for the pain until I get in for the appointment. It’s horrible to be in pain waiting to get into the doctor. It’s also helped me to see if my infection is gone after antibiotics. Always consult your physician for any pain or medical advice.
