BTBT3560 TWIN Cordless Phone with Answering Machine (Hands Free Functionality)

One of the phones was not working and would not charge. The item was returned to the sellers but to this day thery have not refunded the amount. Despite several e.mails and complaints there has been no refund just silence. The item was returned via Hermes.

This product is purely for home use. My last phones were a 4 set by BT and were easy to read, easy to use, stood hands free without their base, included speed dial and was a really nice phone. The reasons I did not purchase the same model again was because they had only lasted 16 months, and had gone up a lot in price.These new BT phones are hard to read, the step by step instructions on a single sheet of paper cover the basic setup, but do not cover everything. My biggest problem is the key for '1' and 'space' being shared, I have a space within the number which I am still trying to solve. A full user guide is given on line I have yet to download it. Also the phone does not stand alone without its base, it has to be laid down.

Sorry to say this is a really disappointing buy, unable to adjust ring tone to decent level, unable to read the face panel,are only a couple of faults, followed the instructions carefully of which there are many !!!. Sorry BT not one of you better products

I chose this for my parents as they're struggling to get to their old fashioned, corded phone before it rings off these days! The display seems clear and easy to read, easy to set up but I haven't heard it ring, so can't say whether it's particularly loud or quiet, although I'm sure there will be a volume adjust button. It has caller display which is important to them, and a built in answerphone function, also important. The two handsets mean they can have one each to take around the house with them: my mother doesn't use a mobile and isn't very active, so I felt being able to take a phone with her as she moves around the house would be a useful safety thing - she can call for help if one of them has an accident.

I like the features that this phone has. The built in answerphone saves me money si don't have to pay my provider for its voicemail service. It is easy to use and a red light flashes when I have a message do I don't miss any. The hands fee feature is very useful when on hold with piped music which hurts my eat if I listen on a handset. It also saves my back muscles from seizing up as I have a dodgy spine. The sound quality isn't wonderful but it is abbot the same as any digital phone I have used. I just prefer the old fashioned analogue speakers. Just a personal thing... It is a tidy design with nice big buttons clearly marked. The screen is easy to read and instructions are clear. The lock feature will come in handy as my little granddaughter grows up. I am very pleased with my purchase.
