Now the 211 feels like a much bigger industrial welder
Bought this to replace the original mig gun on my Miller 211 and it’s a big improvement to the mechine. Now the 211 feels like a much bigger industrial welder. Does a great job welding and with the larger gas cover slag eisally cleans off the nozzle. The gun is very nice and the longer 15’ cord comes in handy in the shop. As far as I can tell it’s almost the same gun they had at my local welding shop for 1/4 the price. Very very happy with this gun.

5 Star Quality
I received this two days ago not quite sure what to expect. I used to work for a Miller warranty service center and so I know what the quality should be. This gun and hose assembly represents true quality for a look alike aftermarket Miller M25 gun replacement. The quality of workmanship and materials used are very much as good as the OEM. Hats off to Weld Master for an excellent product at half the price.

Impressive Quality for the Low Price
Pretty impressed. Ordered this 15’ gun for a Millermarltic 211. Very good build quality, and I hate to say it, but so far it’s just as durable as the Miller Rough Neck guns on our bigger Millers. I’ll order another one for our old Millermatic 180. The extra five foot reach is worth it.

Cant use a standard miller liner
This says its 15ft but wont take a standard 15ft miller liner. Side by side comparison of the millermatic 250 the masterweld is longer. When trying to use a miller liner they are too short. The aluminum head on the masterweld is not as good of quality and the collars strip out and the standoff threads on the inside get too hot and strip out. I have bought 2 of the 15ft leads and the 25ft lead and I cant get liners now and having problems with the angled head on all of them stripping out.

Kind of disappointed with Masterweld
Kind of disappointed with Masterweld. I've dropped the gun on the ground a couple times and the jam nut inside the handle has come loose. I have never had this problem with the OEM Miller gun or any other OEM mig manufacturer's gun. Ever since this has happen the gun has not fed right when held at different angles. I would have returned it to amazon but my return window expired.

Looks almost like oe quality
Seems like an oe replacement we will see how it holds up
