I wanted to try doing faux freckles with henna, I did the dots randomly and left it on for 30 mins then picked off the henna.At first, I was disappointed as there was barely anything there but very faint orange patches. I read online that it can take henna 24-48h to develop, so thought I won’t wash my face before going to bed and will see what it looks like in the morning.I took the second pic in the morning which was about 12 hours later, and the henna had developed more! I was surprised as some of the dots didn’t even have any colour behind them when I picked them off the night before.As they begin to fade I’m going do it again, and hopefully it will begin to look more natural if there’s various shades of “freckle”.Overall it was very easy, I spent about 5/10 mins putting them on. The packaging has a little dot on the end which you pull out and can put back in once you’re done. Remember to store in the fridge!

It’s good for emergency henna and compared to chemical mendi but this wouldn’t be my go to henna. And you can tell it has preservatives (pic 2 shows stain after 2 days)

I bought this to do henna freckles on my ghastly pale face (hoping it'd turn out as beautiful as the girl in the other review) but for some reason, this didn't stain my skin at all!I tried multiple times (even leaving it on all day, in a moment of desperation!) and it still didn't leave a mark! I didn't have moisturiser on, or anything that could've stopped it from working, and I've never had this issue before with other brands.Alas, my pale, freckleless face remains disappointingly unadorned.

Can’t get to Asian shop, so tried this. Arrived in a squashed box and top of the cone was lightly sellotaped so all of the henna burst open when using! Almost expired date on box too and colour was pale. Avoid even if it is a few pounds
