There's nothing weird "pina colada" about this flavor, like some. It's full-bodied and earthy, with that vanilla-adjacent richness you're looking for. That said, it's A LOT on its own. I use about a quarter of the amount I would use of other flavor extracts and round it out with vanilla. I usually start by incorporating real pureed coconut or coconut cream in recipes where it's appropriate, and add this to accentuate it. That said, it's lovely just added to a cream cheese or buttercream, as well.

Watkins has the best extracts and that includes coconut!! So perfect for making white chocolate coconut lattes at home.

Every morning I squeeze 3-4 limes and add a teaspoon of this coconut extract to the juice. Then I open five 12oz bottles of sprite zero, drain off about 2 oz into a glass, and top off each bottle with the Juice and Coconut flavor. This makes for an AMAZING low calorie carbonated beverage. I drink them throughout the day, and it is my guilty pleasure. This tastes so much better than the tone's spices version . I just ordered two of their 12oz bottles of this directly from the manufacturer after using this 2oz bottle for a sample run.

Perfect for my coffee. Not too alcoholy or sweet. A little goes a long way.
