Ad reads for men or women. Does not fit a man however, and I am average height and build. 5' 11 1/2'' and 210 lbs.

Have to slide the clip into the 2nd side slot, then put your arm through it. If the strap was longer, could have more choice of how high up on shoulder it could go (picture shows it WAY up high on shoulder, but only goes to upper arm on me). Being that the strap is really tight, it seems to kind of distort the position of the pad. If you have a teeny arm, it probably fits you better. I'm keeping them, as going to put OTHER disposable pads over it, instead of having to hook onto shirt, etc. Not a perfect product, but better than other choices I've seen in the current century. Update: wore these in heat today (around upper arm, as strap doesn't reach up over shoulder), and strap (on most used arm), stretched and fell down into my shirt sleeve. Re-tightened the length and it did it again. If you're thinking of getting these, might want to tape the pad onto your body or your clothes, unless you want to risk having to fiddle with it all day. Might try to pin them onto a tee shirt that can fit under outer shirt. If you invent something better, please post it. (Even fabric tape isn't holding them in heat season, plus, the straps are stretching out...I'm switching to trying other products.)

Not what expected

Amazing product and it works as expected, it prevents direct contact between sweat and shirts, this is so important for me because I use quite expensive shirts from bands or similar that I love, and I do not want any rest or bad smell on them. Besides that, you do not feel uncomfortable when using them. For me is a good product to prevent using deodorants that contaminate environment or leaves unpleasant reamins on your body, that really made feel uncomfortable.

Great to be able to reuse these and I get why the old elastic would be eventually pulled out and worn, but unfortunately it's a bit of a challenge to get the straps sized properly without a helper. And they have a propensity to slide around off kilter. All in all, still recommend because they're reusable and comfortable once situated properly. I forgot I had them on. I wore with a t-shirt but that was the test drive as I purchased these to go with a bridesmaid dress.
