This mouth guard is USELESS for anyone who grinds their teeth. The guard has no cover to protect your teeth it just lays on the front of your gums with two grip straps one either side I woke up with the guard on the floor. Only positive the holder comes in handy. Won’t recommend at all

Have tried several mouth guards but these are the best as far. Dentists charge £200 for one!! They’re not as good as dentists ones because they’re not the perfect fit but they do the job. Would be better if they had smaller moulds as some were too big. So they should sell these in different sizes as the larger ones in the pack are no use so waste of money

Easy to use guard straight from the box, does the job as described. Took a couple of nights to get used to them but then ok, £25 for 2 is better than £100 + for one from the dentists

Waste of money. Disappointed as it’s so large I can’t even close my mouth. Even trimming it as suggested doesn’t work. I can see why people pay money to get a slimmer custom sized one from the dentist.

This is a comfortable mouth guard easy to use and came with great storage case, with wash tray and it is easy to clean. I had to trim a little to fit my upper teeth easily done with a pair of nail scissors. The price included 2 mouth guards - always good to have a spare! The mouth guard fits well onto your upper teeth . So much cheaper than having to buy from your dentist. So pleased I have found this product
