I ordered this blender pitcher in October of 2023, and it worked well for 1.5 years until it started rusting on the bottom and leaking water. I contacted the seller and even after 1.5 years, they sent me a BRAND NEW PITCHER, no questions asked. They also said that they have improved the issues of rust and leakage, while also enhancing the quality of the blades. I received the new pitcher today, and it’s amazing quality! Side note: I had also ordered another brand that was thin plastic and cheaply made. It’s going back. This one is SO much better. To me, it’s identical to the original Vitamix brand. So impressed. Wonderful customer service as well!

Our mixer was slowly becoming less efficient over the years. The top cap would leak while we were blending, the blender vibrated badly and was very noisy. Finally, there was a catastrophic failure of the bearings in the pitcher. I first ordered a repair kit and tried to fix it, replacing the female drive gear on the motor, which is much easier than I thought (just don't tighten it too much or the pitcher will vibrate), but I couldn't get the pitcher to stop leaking so I returned the repair kit and ordered this pitcher- OMG! This pitcher works so good, it doesn't leak, it doesn't vibrate anymore, and works flawlessly like it's brand new. It's amazing. So if you've been having trouble with your vitamix mixer with vibration, leaking, and noise, I highly recommend that you buy this pitcher for your mixer. It will be working like brand new again!

I have been using my Vitamix for over a decade and have never had a container crack on me. I always keep two on hand because I use my blender so much. I was shocked when I went to use this one today and the contents of the blender started leaking. I realized that there was a long crack in the container and it was unusable. I've only had this since late November and we haven't even been home to use it all of those weeks. Now I realize that I did not get an authentic Vitamix part.

Solid - looks nice, nice price

Our blender container cracked when it was dropped on the tile floor. I wish I had kept the metal blade piece, as that would have been a less expensive container replacement for the original brand. The original brand replacement for the entire unit was shockingly pricey, so I decided to give this one a chance. I am glad I did, and I am very happy with the results. I cannot tell any difference in the quality or results of the smoothies I blend.

It’s great to have a replacement jar for the vitamix. It is as I hoped it would be. Arrived fast.

Worked good for a couple of months, then started to rust, ball bearings started to fail, and started to get very noisy, tried to replace the blade but it seems impossible to remove the old one. Would not recommend for medium to heavy use.
