So far, so good. It was easy to install, but it’s sticky when you first start riding, so make sure you cycle it a few times at the beginning of each ride. Also: make sure you unweight the saddle before dropping it down (easy enough, and if you do this, it is smooth). I’m happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. Great value for the low cost. Compared to my tranzx, the cable design for the trigger is better. It has a stopper built in the cable rather than having a screw that presses down to hold it. We will put it to the test on trails but so far basic testing and usage says this is a decent post.Update: few weeks after cold weather, sometimes it gets stuck, might be a defect. We were able to tap the seat to trigger it but that would not be helpful during rides. If it continues we will drop stars and return it.

Trigger wasn't properly drilled out to accept cable, post itself would not expand or collapse, and cable end had a cylinder shaped end instead of disc shaped. Sigh.....😤😠😡🤬

It’s actually a nice dropper. Bought and installed for my daughter’s bike, kind of regret not just buying this one for myself and pocketing the difference. Good buy.

I bought this dropper to use on a kids 26” MTB. It works, but the actuation is fussy and requires near constant adjustment. Spend a few more bucks and get a PNW,TranzX, or CrankBros.

Once I realized what the little stopper clamp was for .. got it through the frame ports .. out and around the bottom .. curve up and into the seat shaft .. figured out best out of the way place for the push lever mount on the handlebars .. wow this is great. It goes as high and low as needed .. this seat dropper is awesome.

Bought this to add to my son's 2019Marin SQ1. Has smooth drop and raise. Only downside is the lever. It works fine, but has a lot of play. Nothing a higher quality lever can't fix.
