I love this unit , however it is too big for my head. I did have to add an elastic band and do some other adjustments for it to fit properly. It is very soft. It had a light smell but nothing out of the ordinary, after lightly shampooing it , there was no smell at all. It came well packaged. I gave it a 4 star only because it doesn’t hold curls very long. However , I was still looked very nice once the curls fell . I do recommend purchasing this unit but if you have a small head like me ( 19-20in) . Be aware you make have to alternate it for it to be snug . The seller was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. They provided excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Most times I am skeptical about buying wigs that are at a cheap price because usually the quality is not good and it doesn't last very long. But this wig itself is amazing., it smooths and I can easily wash it and reuse it. I highly recommend to buy this product and I can tell you won't regret it.

The hair doesn’t shed much and is big head friendly but I have a small head and didn’t wear it longThe seller offered to send me a new wig…. Then asked for a review of a previous purchase. Haven’t received the free wig which I’m guessing was just to get a review

The wig is very nice and beautiful. The density is just right and the lace is also very transparent. Hair is soft and does not tangle. I wore it for prom and it lasted me a full week. Curls held well. And yes you can use heat in this it will not burn the hair!

This is my first human hair wig and to be fair I was kinda skeptical because of how cheap it was, but it's worth more than its priced!! The hair is super soft, curls and straightens beautifully, and I've had minimal fall out. Would definitely buy from this seller again!!

Updated Review:This company really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. They have the best customer service out of any hair vendor that I have ever worked.I really want to like this wig. The hair is soft, silky, has no smell, decent thickness… but the wig is just sooo small. It does shed quite a bit but that’s somewhat expected. My major issue is that the wig is too small. I can’t get it to reach both sides of my edges at the same time.

Besides the fact that it was to big for my head and made it so it can fit perfectly. Nice texture and very soft. Easy to style. This one I would recommend

I purchased this wig for my niece wedding and I must say I’m very impressed by it. I’ve already washed it and the curl pattern is still there. Loving the density of it. The pre plucked baby hair and the lace. This is for more the best wig that I have purchased on Amazon.
