works well and the price is right
First time buyer of this product. It covers gray very well and it is quite inexpensive. Some hair color product leave my hair hard and dry needing extra conditioning for the first two weeks. This did not do that. I have had no problems. I also like the fact that you can recap and use any leftover product for your next touch up. Money saver.

Not for natural black hair textures
This dye is not for 4c natural hair. I have been natural for 7 years and it completely changed the texture and curl pattern of my hair. My hair was past my shoulders but now I am considering doing a big chop. This dyed has caused my hair to thin so much due to excessive shedding and breakage that I can barely style it. I truly regret applying this brand of permanent dye to my hair and would not recommend it to anyone with natural hair.

My new favorite!!!
I didn't think this hair dye would be any different than the other brands I've used in the past. Most of them are too liquid and make a mess!! I hate having to deep clean my shower after dying my hair! I was soooo surprised by BIGEN! The hair color is super creamy and they give you the mixing bowl and a nice application comb!! I loved the smell!! Other brands I've used I have to have a window open before mixing! This hair color is amazing I had no mess to clean up the application process was quick and easy and when I rinsed it out!! OMG!! NOT a drop of hair color left on my newly white tiled shower walls or floor!!! This is the only hair color I will ever use!! It didn't irritate my sensitive scalp!! BIGEN, you have a loyal customer!!!

Does not bleed!
The color stayed true and did not bleed. My hair texture did not change and it did not dry my hair out. This is the best color I've ever had.
