Bit expensive but as described

I bought this to store the manuals for my German-made tools, which it does, as expected. I am very impressed by the quality of construction and design. The manuals are held very securely and are easy to consult.

I needed a large ring A5 binder to store my planner stickers in and this was the only one I could find that would work as most of the A5 binders out there are 2” or less. From the previous reviews, I was under the impression that the two rings would fit in 2 of the 6 pre-punched A5 holes, but it didn’t work out that way. I actually had to go through and punch another hole between the 4th and 5th holes to get it to line up with the two binder rings (if that makes sense). It seems sturdy and like it will last awhile. I was able to fit 20 PVC folders full of stickers in the binder and could probably add a few more and still be fine. Aside from having to punch a new hole, the only other thing I disliked was that the sticker on the binding was not removable. Removing it was the first thing I tried to do and it actually started pulling the glossy finish off of it (see 3rd pic). Unfortunately, I really do not want their label on the spine, so I’ll have to deal with the mess it left behind. If you can overlook the label and the fact that you’ll likely have to punch new holes, this will probably be a 5 star binder for you.

Good product

This is an attractive small sized binder. It accommodates up to 575 sheets of paper measuring 5.8" x 8.3". The cover features gold marbling which adds a chic touch. the spine has a finger hole for easy access and a self adhesive label. But best of all is the inventive lever. Simple and fuss free just push up to open the large D rings and push down to close. It is a little stiff but operates without issue. There are only two rings that are approximately 3.15 inches apart. . I am really loving the lever device. It seems well constructed. and time will tell how long it will last. It does require A5 paper which is readily available online and in office stores in major markets. I like this binder and it has spoiled me from standard opening mechanisms.

Custom service is good because this is the second one I got and there were no hassles with the return. The first one had "dents" on the front where the rings pushed against it, as if something had been sitting on top of it for a long time. When I tried to remove the ugly label off of the side of this lovely binder, it started to peel the top layer of the binder off. Return was easy.The one that arrived today is dent-free but as you can see, it completely tore off big chunks of the top layer of cover on the spine when removing the label. The label is just ugly. Why would I want to leave an ugly label on a VERY expensive binder?!?! I wanted a 2 hole binder this size, and this is what I could find. And it is ruined immediately...
