It is because of sellers like these that I keep returning to Amazon and not the high street. The exercise rings arrived promptly and well packaged and are exactly as described and pictured. The instructions for setting up the rings are easy to read and understand. The rings themselves are well made and a great addition to my home gym, there are countless instructional videos on Youtube on how to use these and the seller themselves have a few on their website. The customer service was better than I was expecting, I received an additional order confirmation email direct from the seller as well as emails confirming delivery time, that delivery had taken place and to check my satisfaction with the product.

but didn't think I'd receive them later that day as it was a Sunday and it's for delivery times like that which is why I'm using
Such value for money with the added bonus of a skipping rope. I ordered the rings at 4am in the morning and they turned up by 6pm that day, I had the choice of same day delivery and chose that because it was free, but didn't think I'd receive them later that day as it was a Sunday and it's for delivery times like that which is why I'm using Amazon for just about everything apart from clothing and food.I only use the rings outdoors on trees and they are perfect I cannot fault them, the rings themselves are a solid plastic, impossible to break and the straps are thick and strong an after plenty of use are yet to wear .I'm using the rings min 3 times a week you get a full body workout there's plenty of video's on YouTube for exercises . 5*

Sturdy, easy to adjust and easy to use. Great product!
I bought these for my husband’s birthday after researching similar products quite throughly. I’m delighted with my choice! They are very reasonably priced: a good thickness; so sturdy; easy to adjust and my fears about worrying they might snap during use have disappeared. It’s very quick and easy to adjust the length, which we do often as our 5 and 3 year old sons love using them too. The plastic material is also surprisingly comfy on your hands. A great product!

When plain pullups and dips start to bore you
This is a basic but sturdy set of gym rings with a set of long straps that are OK enough. Each ring weighs around 400 g. Both rings and the straps weigh in at 1.4 kg. The rings are textured which to some degree offsets the reputed slippiness of plastics, but not to such a degree that the rings cannot rotate in your hands (which is a requirement for some exercises). I find the grip to be fine for my uses, but if you plan on progressing to extended gymnastics routines with minutes of continuous consecutive work in and above the rings I would consider going for wooden rings.I had major issues with threading the webbing through the cam buckle the first time I did it. With some adjustment of my technique, I am down to between five seconds (on a good day) and 25 seconds (on a bad day) of setup time per cam buckle. I solved my issues by:1. Threading the webbing through the bottom of the cam buckle (as instructed), pulling a handful of it "backwards" and THEN threading the webbing through the appropriate opening while pressing on the part that says "press". This changes the "angle of attack". You are "attacking" the opening from a horizontal rather than a curved position. The end-result is precisely the same as in the official instructions.2. PRESSING FIRMLY ON THE BUCKLE. This is not completely intuitive as it "feels" like you'll be squishing the webbing itself when you do this, but it is required for the opening for the webbing to pass to be wide enough.Once you get the hang of it the setup and the leveling is not a big deal. For a moment, when setting up the rings the first time, I was worried that I would find the process to be a big enough of a hassle that I would just leave the rings mounted in my doorway pullup bar, but this fear was unfounded. Switching from using the rings at home to using them outdoors in a calisthenics park is doable even if you are fairly lazy. As a comparison point I find it less annoying than say setting up an incline bench press with a moderate amount of weight. Anyone with experience of working with free weights is actually likely to be relieved when you realize that there are no plates to fetch and move around. If you begin your routine with non-ring exercises (pushups, bar pullups/chins, burpees or whatever) you can setup the rings between the rest periods of your initial exercises. Taking them down is trivial. The straps come with a velcro attachment that allows you to tie up excess webbing. Upon seeing it the first time I thought it was gimmicky but it actually works well in practice.I thought that I would initially use the rings for having a more convenient way of performing inverse rows in various locations, but I quickly took a liking to ring variations of classical isolation exercises such as biceps curls, triceps extension, chest flyes and reverse flyes. Movements which when performed strictly only require you to use a fraction of your body weight work really well.If you are new to rings or plan to use them in an accessory fashion I would recommend these, as they are very affordable and do the job well enough. The only official seller of these rings seems to be a lot more responsive than average.I ordered on the 28th of August, the rings were dispatched on Aug 31, and I had them in my hands in SWEDEN on Sep 6. So that's a few days for order processing and less than a week for the actual shipment to SWEDEN.

Sturdy and strong
As reported by other customers, once the strap locking system is sorted out, which only took a few minutes, the gym rings are great. We bought them as part of our two grandsons' ( five and seven year olds) birthday presents. Our older grandson asked if he could have the rings on their climbing frame. The frame has two metal hooks for attaching rope ladders etc so the straps fit through these very neatly. Our grandsons have gymnastic lessons so think that the rings are fantastic and are using them for building their strength, so our seven year old tells us!

Not overly great..
These felt a little cheap. The rings were very slippery as they are made of plastic and quite thick to grip comfortably..(I could just have tiny hands of course...)The ratchet system seems fairly safe but not sure yet of it's durability.I wouldn't recommend these.

Great Quality
I'm impressed with the quality of these rings. They are very strong and I had no problem setting them up. They are great for doing workouts but they are very difficult at first. I would definitely recommend getting chalk as they are made from plastic and can be a bit slippery but they are textured which does help a lot.

Use them on a pull-up bar
Use them quite frequently for dips and a few other exercises on a pull-up bar- absolutely brilliant, sturdy and easy to adjust. Let's you do really train those stability muscles. At first if you are new to the exercises it may be difficult to maintain form but stick at it and you will see marked improvements. Well worth a purchase!
