It was the perfect size

At first I really liked this product. It was a simple installation and it seemed durable. Imagine my surprise when it ripped in under a year. Next time I'll purchase this item somewhere else.ETA: The company reached out to me and sent a replacement part very quickly. I'd like to thank them for their quick response and pleasant customer service.

Gasket was so warped it had to be re installed a week later.It works but quality was very low. Won’t be buying non OEM again that was a mistake.

A good replacement for the OEM that was damaged when the drum spring broke. Consider buying a pair of spring pliers to get the spring bands back on. You can do it with other tools but using the right pliers would make this a 15 minute job.

The door gasket seal fit perfectly and fixed the leak issue. It’s also nice to get rid of the mold that had slowly grown over 10 years. The hardest part of the install is getting the springs that hold the seal to the tub and door removed and reinstalled. YouTube was a big help with instructions for the project!

Works but was folded in the box and creased up

It arrived on time and it was a bit out of shape due to the small box. Just let it sit in some really hot water to shape it back into place and fit as it should. The price and amount of work required to replace was worth the effort.
